MyPhone RIO: Hot or Not?
After a couple of excellent Myphone A(insert alphanumeric characters here) and Agua series, the company shocked the market with their new smartphone release, which is the MyPhone RIO.
My Thoughts
What`s the selling point of this phone? It`s obviously the color. MyPhone Rio is available in color white, blue, green, red, orange, yellow and black. Smartphones are developed to take the connections brought by the usual phones to the next level. That`s why earlier, these smartphones gained an impression that these will only be used by professionals or higher ops, considering its price range. But today, it`s no longer rare to see a child walking down the street with his/her smartphone swinging together with his/her hand. Let`s face it... smartphones are now used for fashion or to flash your economic status in public; and speaking about fashion we use smartphones just like our clothes to express who we are and what we feel. (I personally do this in my iOS by changing cases) I must say that MyPhone really did great in releasing this kind of smartphone. It might not be the first smartphone that offers a lot of choices(of colors) to the market, there is iPhone 5c and Lumia, but considering it`s price Php.4,999.00, I`m very much sure that people will be feasting over this product! I also love that MyPhone decided to use a matte like texture at polycarbonate (plastic) shell at the back so that it`ll not be a fingerprint magnet just like what an iPhone 5c is* YEY* (y) At first my reaction about the price is "WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?", I wasnt expecting that it`ll be a bit cheaper than MyPhoneA919i because of the looks, specs and the features. But who knows? MyPhone is playing good :).
MyPhone RIO`s Specs
The spec sheet did not gave me much chills because you can already see a lot of better smartphones in the market that offers higher specs than this phone (Samsung S4 and S5!!!). So this phone has nothing to brag right? right? Well, then you`re wrong :).
Together with MyPhone Rio’s 8MP Camera is its exclusive Magic Camera feature.
Hot or Not? HOT!
With its compact features and specs, stunning looks and price range I consider this smartphone a must have! It might not be the CHEAPEST quadcore local smartphone, but with MyPhone`s aftersales service and developer team, I`m sure that you`ll get and appreciate your money more than any other local brand. If you have any problems with your MP Smartphone you can simply go to any SONY Service center (yeah they`re partners!) or MyPhone Service center to get your phone fixed! :)

DeleteWith Out of the box unit, I strongly believe that you can`t.
But you can check out MyPhone Developers group on facebook, and under file section you`ll see a tutorial on how to swap MicroSD Card memory to Internal storage. :)
In that way, you`ll be able to store it in sd card :)

Camera wise, it can provide a respectable photo from high to mid light scenario. I believe they used the same flash :)
